POSSIBILITIES

Unlock the power within to take control of your health, wealth and relationships. You don’t need to be encumbered by struggling finances, love or health. Be the purveyor of your own destiny, know your values and understand your beliefs so you can choose those beliefs that support you and give you the impetus necessary to create an amazing life. Don’t forget the key ingredient of gratitude because there are many people out there that have everything but an empty hole in their soul that they are trying to fill with money, sex or unhealthy foods. Recognize that we all have coping strategies but why not choose ones that propel you towards an amazing life as opposed to one that destroys it. So often we choose to go with the immediate gratification that is a quick fix to a compounding problem that festers underneath the surface.

Why not start now before your body starts giving you symptoms like lethargy, sickness and procrastination?

For a moment I would like you to just take a moment to consider what would your life be like if you did what you wanted every day for more than half the day?

Would you go surfing?

Would you take a cooking class?

Would you volunteer your time to utilize a skill for the community?

Take a crack at this code and let’s see what you will find. Power, love, destiny, fate?

What would you do?

I love how Ester Perel says ‘often times we give our all in the first half of the day and the remaining part of the day consists of the leftovers that we bring home to our loved ones or to ourselves.’ If you love what you do, I applaud you for discovering what that is because you are in the elite class of individuals who have invested in yourself and balanced your purpose. How powerful is a mind that is free from the entanglements of despair. Take a step forward to the beginning of your life and see how impactful living on purpose can be. I’m not a preacher nor a saint I’m just the person who is looking for his own personal truth. The truth that will set me free.

I constantly remind myself that pursuing my passion of public speaking is practice for lessons that will prepare me to win but not necessarily to win right now. I am looking for feedback not prompting failure. Remember to have fun like all the times I got on stage to perform and had fun. Having positive self-talk programs like this are the antidote to a nervous breakdown.

Establish the baseline of love in your life, love for yourself, love for others, love for the earth. Love yourself, accept yourself, give thanks to the great gifts in this world that you have been exposed to. Give yourself the gift of going above and beyond for the right reasons. Be your biggest cheerleader when others won’t. Drive yourself to the limit to realize that the greatest gift of all is the one that resides in your body, in your heart, in your soul. Reclaim the power within your strength the backbone that supports your heart. Resolve to destroy the limits that hold you back because the only direction to go is up. When you think you have something to lose think about what you risk losing by not taking action.

Success is generated through the sheer will to do. To invest in yourself, to go above and beyond, to temper the inner critic, to unleash the amazing potential of your belief system, to encourage growth, to inspire vulnerability, to give and contribute, to elevate your standards, to multiply your results, to have more quality time, to delegate responsibility, to accept responsibility, to love without fear, to abstain from unhealthy behaviors, to drink from the fountain of knowledge to fine tune your wisdom. All of these qualities equate to success which begins in the mind, the thoughts that we think translate into the feelings we feel and ultimately determine our actions.

I am intrigued by your approach to self-improvement as a lot of your thoughts parallel my approach in a book I'm writing on the self-treatment of anxiety. The essence of my book involves including mindfulness and core values in one's life to harness innate inner strength and awareness. The last paragraph in your posting really captures what I believe to be the key to a more productive and fulfilling life. Well done!
