Right now I'm sitting on dull memories,
Living a death as people often do.
But I don't want to shrivel up yet,
Or let these moments escape me.

'Never knew true friendship like this,
While alone I feel useless
with you I feel boundless.

Right now I'm holding onto your dear hand,
Smiling at a tomorrow spent with you.
But you can't wait I bet,
Or let time grow between us.

'Never knew blue skies shone like this,
While alone I never saw this
Without you the world is groundless.
