My Sweet Snack

My Sweet Snack

A Poem by kurama247
"

Just another weird poem about another random thing...

"

I walking into the office that day

I dreaded every step

I walked up to the reception desk;

a nurse who asked my name.

'My name?' I replied

'I am one who wants to be home.'

'Well, Ms. Home,' the nurse told me,

'the doctor will see you soon.'

I sat and waited

on and on

with children young and old

for my name to be called.

And when it was

my heart sank.

A woman told me that they

needed to check my weight.

My weight, I thought,

Always my weight.

I knew I wasn't the most fit of all,

but why do they always check?!

The doctor says

I'm a hundred pounds overweight.

Of course I don't believe her,

I know I'm just fat.

So I decide

I'll lose all that weight and more

and when I'm too thin, she'll be sorry!

So I decide no more sugar, soda, caffeine,

and calories are the enemy!

Then, as my sweet tooth arose,

I began to fret.

But my mother said, 'Don't worry.'

and now I don't.

For I have

SUGAR FREE CHOCOLATE PUDDING!!!!!!
