Why do I feel so

When I am angry I react maybe defensive
Later I think is it that my nature to react so

But this happens only to my loved ones where I regret more why did I say that or that why I was so angry.

But my family do understand me because they also lose their control in anger say something.

So everyone says when we get angry we just need to count numbers.
So that my loved ones will not be hurt.
