I don’t want to be let down

I don’t wanna to walk away

I don’t want to live with doubt

So many words to say

But my thoughts won’t keep me warm

 

I don’t wanna live today

I don’t want to deal with it

I just wanna sleep it away

I don’t wanna feel it

But my dreams won’t keep me norm

 

they said I would never change,

I was just like my father

I would never amount to anything 

I didn’t know my father

Today they are not here to see 

I would be so strange

Nothing gets easier with age
