Trapped

Trapped

A Poem by james l navas

Trapped in a box
plain and ordinary.
Trapped in the box
no release
no cease.
Trapped in this box
imprisoned in my head
lying sleepless on my bed.
Tapped in a box
eternal life in a cell
this is my hell.
