Mobile App Development is a process, supported by advanced technologies, to develop application software for handheld devices, like smartphones, personal digital assistants and enterprise digital assistants. There are certain factors that should be considered while developing mobile apps. These factors include screen size, hardware specifications, configuration, and mobile user interface design. The process of mobile app development is quite easy and there are various platforms and programming languages that are used to do so. Some of the preferred programming languages are:
HTML 5: It is a mark-up language, used to present and structure content on the web. This programming language makes different types of data easy to insert, level the browser playing field, rationalize the input parameters and account for different screen sizes. Its main purposes are to make the content easily readable by the readers and consistently understood by the computers and other devices. If you want to develop a web-fronted app for mobile devices, HTML5 is good to go. Use of this language is also beneficial from cost and efficiency point of view.

Java: It is concurrent, objected-oriented and class-based programming language, widely used by developers. It is an accumulated language that can be used to run in two different ways- in a browsing window and in a virtual machine. Java is one of the most commonly used languages for mobile app development. If you are developing mobile app for Android platform, it is certainly be your first choice.
C++: It is a general-purpose, object-oriented and generic programming language, used in software infrastructure and resource-constrained applications, like desktop applications, entertainment software and servers. If you are developing apps for Android and Windows platform, this is the most appropriate choice. In the present time, this programming language is used to develop apps for virtually every purpose and on almost every platform.

Objective-C: Objective C is a C-language superset, used for graphics, I/O, and display functions. Apple use this programming language for iOS app development, and it is a part of the Apple development framework. Objective-C is completely integrated into all iOS and MacOS frameworks.

C#: C# (C Sharp) is a multi-paradigm programming language, which includes imperative, declarative, strong typing, object-oriented, generic, functional and component-oriented programming disciplines. It is a simple, general-purpose programming language, developed by Microsoft. It is an extension of the C language and is used to develop mobile apps for Windows platform. The language plays exactly the same role what objective-C does for Apple.
