Someseesay

A Poem by John Antonio

I'd like my two feet, two feet off the ground.
Nothing so permanent, eventually you can let me down.
You don't hear me, no you don't hear a sound.

Ain't no struggling and juggling boggling my mind around.

And one day you will reach where it was I was sent away.
Maybe I'll be ok, or maybe I'll be in shambles from what they did to me.
But what would you do to me?
Knowing the weight of my departure.
Knowing all that I don't know.
