Hello.

Hello.

A Poem by Jonathan Bodnar
"

We all dream.

"

Glimmers shine just above human perspective
Tears shed for the nonexistent hopes
Blood drank for the better of mankind
The heavens eyes shed Angels from above
Hearts cast into the pool of wealth

Finding purpose seeds the ability to live
Training ones mind to forget her
Forgetting ones mind in order to create her
Illusions frame the vision of this wish

Your world's on fire
And your hands cold as winter snow
Your eyes flooded with your soul
And your soul flooded with grief

I have left my world for you
Fallen into the nonexistent
Down deep beyond my imagination
I loved you long ago
You were real then

Silver plates of confusion
separate hope from truth
I have lost this world
To the mystery we all find
Between life and death
Love and loss
Reality and religion

Hello.
Put your hand on my heart
Feel it's beat
Save my life
I'm falling
Back into existence
Back to where we started, back into my mind.

Wonderfully worded. I like the feel of this. Suddenly beautiful. Oh, "greaf" is grief.
