He will always be the one I love

He is the one I need

An angel underneath

I am his angel standing by

I guard him from the demons that bite him with their teeth

He talks to me so sweet

I pray its no mirage

Its insatiable, irresistible

Knowing we are apart yet I hope forever in each others hearts

Makes my whole life founded on stronger muscle

We had the saddest date on MLK day

It was still beautiful in a way

He came to me when I was forced to say goodbye

To my beautiful Kiddo, sweet dog of white

He took me in his embrace

And there were no more tears to cry

He got down on his knees and dug the earth

We talked and laughed in-between and it healed the hurt

in all the strangeness the sun revealed an angel underneath

In the sunshine in the garden he kisses me

I can't refuse

I see the sign with a JC tattoo

I know its an excuse but his lips just feel so right

Like the wings of a butterfly

When we met the first time he told me the ugly truth

It was too late I think the heart already chose you

But the earth is full of many complicated lives

Yet how many times did we try to say goodbye

There is nothing i can do I will love you

I will love God's will too

If He takes you from me I will not fight

If He burns me in the hell's fire

I can only say it was love that inspired

Stuck on different missions crashing in mid-flight

In between shadow and light

On the saddest day I was forced to say goodbye to Kiddo my sweet dog of white

In his embrace there was my eternal solace and I could forget the bitter life

Guarded from the demons that tried to bite with their teeth

In my eyes, in plain sight revealed an angel underneath.
