The Safer Place

I have stumbled in the dark valley

Fallen under the spell of what lives there

Boy toys and spirits who dont care

I am ready to leave you baby

I will always wonder will you ever love me

He always says I dont have a crystal ball

I guess thats the no after all

Its ok

I prefer to stay untamed

Wild in every way

Without a home to stay

to me thats the safer place 

then we wonder why so many prefer the streets

maybe thats where broken hearted people can hear their heartbeats

we call it insanity

maybe they unplug from the sick fantasy sold

where the dark valley can leave you feeling scarred and cold

unfortunately this place is here on earth

mixed in with spirits who don't care

Body access is why he is aware

but so am I

like dreams coming true

I am still the butterfly in the sky

never captured by you

i prefer to stay wild

untamed

without a home to stay

in the safer place.
