The bitterness

The bitterness

A Poem by butterfly

I am sorry I am so bitter now
I gave you all my love
but you left me without
instantly moving to Stockton
i am like the lady stuck on that bridge of London
i feel thrown away
the eternal toy
and even now the wanting never fades
i still want you here boy
i should forget
there is nothing to regret
except never meeting the white knight you should have been
our doom only left to be seen
i block you obviously destined only to live separate lives
for he chooses to stay with his prisoner wife
you have the audacity to leave a message and ask some chance day
i am just checking if you are ok???
the bitter falls like rain
its what happens when love is in vain
a mere man never knows what he does
for you there is forgiveness
but this is the aftermath
all that's left is
the bitterness.
