I kept our love alive
painted a portrait of words in all my writes
who would know in his eyes
is where i find
a true love
that refuses to hide
although you don’t have the same love for me
its hard for me to believe
when you text me every day
saying you miss me
have a good day princess
i don’t know
just this though brings so much happiness
at least I don’t have to login to an app to have that kind of chat
why we must remain in this act
i just don’t know
it tears my heart and soul
but i can’t make you leave her
still in true love I am always a believer
maybe i am just meant to be your angel
a healer
for this i can’t be mad at the dealer
so in the end He knows why
i kept our love alive
