Amethyst Moon

Inspired by an actual amethyst moon sun set I happened to witness last weekend in Medford, Oregon. A simple tribute i was partly raised there and its always good to reunite. Very sweet city of people.

Under the Oregon Medford lighted sky with an amethyst moon
I feel you
His soft and strong lips sweep over me
Like the rain drops covering my body
Though we are far apart this love continues
I try to remind ourselves we aren’t meant to be
this is wrong
Yet my heart feels like this is where we belong
It won’t let me be tonight
I will have you like last time
Deep in my arms
Kissing through to my heart
we are one
Our love can never be done
even though this chapter leaves us far apart
please promise your body remembers
with the scars of love’s embers
under this same sky
find my starlight
shining over you
through the amethyst moon…
