everyone loves jello

everyone loves jello

A Poem by tobedetermined

I am unset gelatin
wanting something without a focus
I want, I want and crave
add in desire and wishful thinking
squeeze me
caress
talk to me
feed my brain
i walked along a midnight path
and suffered self-imposed after-hours wrath
i called home but continued to roam
and sought distraction
distinction
and self-defined distinct satisfaction

[I need to finish this but have no clue what will qualify as 'finish']

'Unset gelatin'... but unsure of what the set will look like... ready to be squeezed and defined... but always wanting to slip through the fingers...

... so good to meet by the ocean shore when roaming... so hard to please when the homing instinct returns...

... a lovely distraction... and distracting love...

Will it ever be finished?
