  just  for a second,
  just taking that one nice and easy breath.

It can be anything for anyone.

Books.
Games.
Movement.

Those simple pauses,
  almost like being on a quick vacation.

Just for a moment,
  picture the beach,
  walking close to the waves,
  dragging your toes through the sand.
