Racing against the ages.

Racing against the ages.

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Ready for a spin?

Let's see how fast we can go!

Take some corners,
   lighten up your eyes.

"Kids are coming."

Out of the blue.

Hold your shoulder.

Knowing what you are thinking.

"When they leave,
  take you for another ride!"

Good to race against the ages. The poem was fast pace and I like the strong and hidden story in the poem. Nice flow of thoughts and I like the open ending. Thank you for sharing the excellent poem.
