Sometimes, nary a word

Sometimes, nary a word

A Poem by Jon Roggie

Known each other for awhile.

I could rant and rave.
Scream and carry on.

I know you.
All of you.
Trained you.

Not what I showed you.

Passion fleeting,
  details fraying.

Lack of interest abounds.

Still, we have known each other for awhile.

With a glance,
  and nary a word,
  my thoughts are clear.

~ ah... that powerful glance... seems like you can see through people easily, monsieur jon... though not many can see that...

~ i often find myself in situations where i can see something in the other person that the other person cannot see... i should remember to let a glance do the talking...
