What next?

What next?

A Poem by Jon Roggie

One thing,
  precious and dear,
  takes the final bit.

Dragged,
  and tired

Wanting a nap.
Supposed to be time for a nap.

Still,
  how can I resist?

Wide open eyes,
  over a loving smile.

"Uncle Jon!  What next?"

~ oh... this is so cute... i love this... reminds me of the time when my nephew would chase me... for a story or a trip to the park or to play or listen to music with him... ~ beautifully written... a very magical piece... can't resist those eyes and that smile... :)
