Immortal

I have always been here,
  but I no longer know who I am.

My names,
  and words,
   no longer connect.

Deeds blend amongst themselves,
  creating stories new to me.

Leaving me studying the past,
  while the future constantly joins it.

Granted, I read a lot of sci fi and fantasy. Still, I do not how someone could handle just living on, and on. I can see how this might be what would happen. Thanks, jacob.
