If your words may let you bleed,

write them.

Get it out of your system.

Now,

once the touch of pain has been expressed,

try something.

Laugh.

Write with a touch of comedy,

while letting your soul heal.

Share images of beauty,

if only to see them again.

Find a smile.

Granted,

I usually smirk.
