Passing Souls

Passing Souls

A Poem by junXion
"

Hey your favourite lyricist here haha. This one contains a lyric I wrote when I saw a very interesting interview from a talkshowhost on the telly, about. Hope you enjoy. Sincerely yours, Jules.

"

Can the souls that pass just pass
Can the souls that bind just bind
For some of us are living in the past
And others are living fully blind

For some are feeling like a part
of society, not of a system
and on that very moment
that same system is not a part of you

Can someone just separate
Please someone differentiate
Almost all friendships are half
But those which are not should be locked in a valve

And yeah, we’re civilized, we’re socialized, we’re sophisticated
But democracy is just the best we can think off
For were are equally horribly and indefinitely distributed
and maybe, ever so maybe, demo and grace should be locked in a valve

Oh and the blowing bubbling noise of a waterpipe
Oh and the sound of blistering coal
Oh and the sound of vodka and grapes ripe
What on earth should be the goal?
