We dream our dreams

keep them hidden away

from fear of being rejected

when things don't go our way

 

I wanted to reach out

look upon your mind

see the dreams of me

that you left behind

 

The traces of hope,

kindness, and love

are what you saw

fly away like a dove

 

Pure as the driven snow

was my love you found

as you reached out

I faded, without a sound

 

someone unreachable

a sweet memory

forgotten times.......
