two beating hearts

miles apart does

beat as one

wanting to be

together, but

situations, says

they can't 

in his mind

he sees her 

gazing up at

the full moon

a look of

sadness shadows

her searching face

through the moonlight 

she senses his feeling

of being lost, wanting

someone he may never

able to hold, hug

or share a kiss

nor being happy with

at the same moment

they bow their heads

wrap their arms around

themselves to share 

intimate moments only

they can ever feel

forever!!!
