The paper pages beckoned

Calling for me to crack open its binding

And dive into the mysterious world of

       Insert authors name here...

 

I could practically hear the words scream

Karen... Karen READ ME

I hungrily devoured the first few pages

Barely noticing the pictures on the side...

 

Besides those impressionist cartoons,

Leave nothing for the mind.
