freezing inside

I took all my pain and held it inside

now im full and the pain has no where to hide

 

i thought if you let me be

then i'll be free

but the pain has already become apart of me

 

now i have to face this alone

i've become so cold

my heart weak and old

when im gone let my story be told

 

i gave it my all

but my body is frozen and this is my fall

I am very familiar with the feelings you describe here, and I really dig the way you captured them here, this stanza in particular
