Just makes me insane

Why do I hear them

Why do I listen

"Go sit down" or

"Hit that wall"

I wish they would

Just leave me alone

Babies crying or

A scary scream

Oh the anxiety

Oh the pain

What did I do

I try not to listen

But they can be so strong

I need to fight them

At times it is hard

What if I give into them

and just let them win
