sun girl/moon boy

sun girl/moon boy

A Poem by november
"

i wrote this about a dear friend of mine who moved away- at the time i had the biggest crush on him and it hurt a lot

"

forever was never in our cards, dear.

we were never meant to last,

never meant to be together.

thousands of miles apart,

but distance isn’t the only thing separating us

you live on the moon,

and i’m building a home on the sun

far away as i can be

because it's best for you

and for me

that’s not to say

i chose to be this way

i would run back to your arms

in a heartbeat

i would choose you

in a heartbeat.

if only i could.

-my heartbeat left with your moving vans

Teenage crushes hurt a lot, mixed feelings surface and we don't know why. This is good

For some reasons opposites attract. For others they repel each other. Must be a lesson here.
