as above, so below

as above, so below

A Poem by AKhaus

I heeded your request and descended unto her most bare breast.
The purpose was silent until she whispered into my ears, her name, her name so true.
Eagles soared as I traveled to her side, my heart breaking with every moment without her.
The floods engulfing all of my eternity as she drifted further down stream.
I could not have been fast enough to save her, the speed could not catch her feet.
Parted by the earth, her hands reach out from the other side of me.
The poles never to meet again and my fate twisted in two, one for me and one for you.
Tides of the moon will long to see yet another yellow sun, but she will be always at the other end.
