And Satan Came Too

And Satan Came Too

A Poem by Duncan Wynn
"

This poem is about a fear of confrontation and rejection

"

You want a break
You want to get by
You want to leave
and never say goodbye
well I ran to the woods
I never looked back
No shoes no hope
With bloody feet
and bloody clothes
I took the path
That no one chose
Snakes and thorns
The pain is nothing
"We Need TO Talk"
was everything
I ran from you
and satan came too
