colored

colored

A Poem by kirsten773

black take your soul,

green colors your eyes,

red tints your hair,

gray takes over your mind,

tan paints your skin,

clear tears cross your eyes,

the tears he wipes,

black leaves your body,

pink has been the replacement,

gray storms in your mind subdued,

yellow sun substituted,

but fear gray and black,

for they will come back.

Very imaginative! Not only a list, but it also has a light narrative that adds depth to an already interesting and eye opening poem. I luffed it!!!!!
