Let Me Find You

Let Me Find You

A Poem by The Devil's Own B***h

Like a homeless man

I wander the streets

In search for a safe place,

Looking for food

And something to quench my thirst.

I’ve been walking these streets

For so long that I almost

Forgot my name.

But I never forgot you.

No.

You’ve been in my mind

All this time.

I’ve been wandering around

In search of your heart –

My safe haven;

Been craving for your touch;

Thirsting for your love;

Hungering for you.

Where are you?

Why can I not find you?

Please don’t make me

Walk these streets alone any longer.

Please let me find Love.

Let me find you…
