Broken Heart

It's a sad "song." I even came up with a tune.

My only hope now gone

My life is falling apart

Tears fall from my eyes

Who can fix my broken heart?

Years you stayed by me

Always full of smiles

You took me on special walks

For what seemed miles

And now you're gone

My tears fall

If you were here

You'd wipe them all

You always said

'Everything is fine'

You would do anything

To make my day shine

Why did you have to leave me?

Why were we torn apart?

Now who can I turn to?

Who can fix my broken heart?

I like this poem, and it is quite sad. It flows nice, and rthymes seem to just float along, and then appear, giving the poem some rythm. Another great poem!
