Reflections

Reflections

A Poem by 陈丽慈

I see reflections of happiness

And magnetism

It’s like a flat line revived,

Mountains

And between those landscapes

Bended blended colors

it wasn’t that much of a rainbow

But more like a faded denim jacket with equally faded patches

I wear when it rains

stutter under cold weather

Under duress situations

Under the painful wrath of the heavens

Come to me in an apparition

Mirror effects, Scientific

Learn in class that rainbow is white luminosity

A spectrum

Which is to say color is light,

Foolish eyes
