RETURNING HOME

It's been probably years since I actually wrote anything but a lots happening and this suddenly just came to me. Knowing soon come end of year or beginning next im returning home

Back again to the haunting grounds
where memories once formed
when I once was younger.
While many bad and few good
return I shall,
for whom is unknown
is it for my own good?
Or another's death soon to come?
As the ones who raised me
quickly begin to grow old.
So return I shall
To a house that brings,
only pain and sorrows once
but perhaps now will
be different.
For a family
a chance to begin again,
make amends for once happened
and renew what once had been lost.
So return once again
I shall but for what is unknown.
