Moonlit Lullyby

Moonlit Lullyby

A Poem by Written in the words of trees

Moonlit Lullaby

Moonlight don't leave me tonight.
Stay here by my side....
Don't leave me, don't deceive me, say you'll always be there for me.
Say you'll hold me, and I'm your one and only
Please stay with me... until the sun rises......

Please stay with me….
Please don't leave me…
Please say you'll try…
And stay to listen to my moonlit lullaby…

Hold me close and never let me go.
Stay here forever more…
Please stay through the night, only for tonight, until the first light
Warp your silver arms around me, and whisper that you love me
Please stay with me… until the sun rises.

Please stay with me….
Please don't leave me…
Please say you'll try…
And stay to listen to my moonlit lullaby…

Come and kiss me one last time.
Kiss me oh so divine…
Hold that kiss forever more, give it more then you did before, so that I will remember it forever more.
Let you lips tingle next to mine, and let our affair be no crime.
Now you've stayed with me… now the sun is rising

Please stay with me….
Please don't leave me…
Please say you tried…
To listen to my moonlit lullaby…
