Roads

Roads

A Poem by James Johnson
"

Opportunities

"
New roads of opportunity
Open every day
Some easy to see
Some on hidden exits on your current path
Remember
Don't drive straight for too long
Because you may get lost
Or you may run out of gas

what I'm saying is: Your going to come across multiple opportunities, some clear and some with hidden motives. You should never be scared of trying new things. Remember: You can get lost, even on the straightest roads.

real words of wisdom man. i simply love this, you've really written a great piece here. i was especially struck by those last 3 lines, they particularly stood out to me. i also like how you said one should never be scared of trying new things. i'm sure you've heard that song by Metallica, "The Unforgiven". if you haven't, it's about a man who never took risks in life and regretted it bitterly. great job man
