Memory, you’re

an enthralling nightmare in

 an unsettled mind.

Lovely stuff, just don't let poetic form force you into a certain style. It's about complete expression not forms. That should be the highest goal. Great stuff though, and I like the image it fits well.

Of course it is,poetry isn't poetry unless there is expression.Thank you for reading
Well designed in this haiku... the message is clear and present... and the thought is reflected to the reader... Memories haunt you and yet you remain not resolved... As with life... if you can not let go of the memories and move on... the thoughts remain there in your mind... and never escape...

I absolutly love the poem, however the pattern doesn't seem to match the way its written. The poem has so many meanings to me, so much in fact that im not 100% sure what its about. Many things come to mind, being about a man of old age loosing his memory and having some good memories turn into bad ones. Another is that "you're" is reffered to as a memory of a person as appose to memories in general. Maybe a harsh memory of times past. Or perhaps its about someone who has a bad memory about someone they loved long ago, maybe they died and can hardly remember them or so traumatized their mind is uncertain. Or possibly neither. Very good write. So many meanings. Amazing job!
