Mind

Mind

A Poem by lenamari

Look around, the stars are all falling.
Look around, the lights are all ending.

You don't feel much,
when you kill the one you love.

It's my last day here,
in my life.

You could mend my broken bones,
between the sadness and fear,
bones, they begin to crumble.

It's the last day here,
and I can still feel you.

And you tear this night apart,
I can never remember not being with you.

And the things inside,
they're crawling beyond my spaces.
But you know me,
I love to lose my mind.

I really like the first two lines and the last two lines. I can just see myself. "But you know me, I love to lose my mind" is something I would definitely say. The font size being so small made it a little hard to read, but the poem's a nice read.
