She who murdered herself

Love maddened her

She tried everything

To let that feeling pass

That was embodied into her soul

Since ages

 

She clutched her chest

To hold that ailing heart

That had forgotten to beat

After she accepted her fate

 

She never cried

To try keeping her promise of happiness awake

For the pledge symbolized her love

That was lost in mysteries of life

 

She hoped to find the reasons

Of her despair

But the person who knew it all

Left her without a word to come back

 

It was not the sickness

That had consumed her mind

The girl killed herself

To get rid of the unbearable grief

Author's Note

The poem is about a girl who was being treated for depression. She committed suicide at an early age as she could not cope up with love loss. This topic matters a lot to me.

its really amazing , and well written
to be honest i am 25 years old and never experienced love yet
i had some disappointments in my life , and grief
but when i reach the bottom , i always know how to rise up stronger than before
i believe no one should give up their lives , for love or anything else
she should be strong for her self , no matter what !

I also hate the part about not being able to live without that one person and ignoring the rest of the people who care. This is a fiction and hope no one gives away their precious gift of life for any reason. :) I have dealt with people who have such tendencies and understand the grief of their loved ones. Sadly the suicidal rate has been increasing in recent years in many parts of the world.
