'I hope I don't regret saying this...'

'I hope I don't regret saying this...'

A Poem by mick weller
"

...my life... so far...

"

The last, the
l..l..last century.

- the last,
before the last:
'I hope I don't regret saying this...'

The last, the
l..l..last century.
Space flight.
'I hope... I don't...'
before the last...
the l..l..last:

'One small step...'
'I hope.'
So...

'I hope I don't regret... saying... this...'

LOL.
I may have read this wrong, but it made me think of Armstrong feeling like his life has been summed up in one caption - and you taking that and mocking him in his moment of glory.
Great stuff.

As someone who had a stammer in secondary school, I really related to this on another level too.

I'm not sure if I completely understood the reference to the last century and stuff. Moon landing is a big part of it I guess, something we all claim as an achievement.

Just had a thought: if a werewolf lived on the moon...what would happen?
Happy birthday. Thanks for sharing this interesting piece.

I like the style this is written in. Actually this reads like perfection. I'm terribly glad that I've read this.
