Isolation

Void.

It fills me inside.

I feel so alone.

Why?

Don't question it.

It's better that way.

Everyone else is happy.

But not me.

Void.

It's taking over what I had.

Happiness is no longer there.

Why?

No one will ever know.

That's okay.

Everyone else likes it that way.

Wrote this when I was in a very dark place.

Some of our best poems are written while we were in dark places.Look at most of your country music and how often they are tear jerkers look at Kid Rock music I felt your feeling of being alienated from the mainstream and such a saddened heart nice piece
