Secret Truth Number Two: remember your choices

Secret Truth Number Two: remember your choices

A Poem by lilly wildfire

keep Your minds,
remember Yourself, and Your knowledge.
try to keep what You know, in Your mind
You can't forget, for forgetting forges
a trail of replacing, and false memories;
forges lies.

and keep Your wits,
contemplate everything, and wonder
about it. use Your memories to confirm Your reality.
despite the vicious anger ripping Your conscious, You
remember what they told You
remember the truth.

then keep Your secrets,
stay secret.
You know You remember them. always.
You can't trust the liars, can You trust Yourself?
can You keep Your own secrets?
hidden?
many of the secrets You keep, are kept because
You know it's a lie.

but keep Your lies?
no, You shouldn't. but,
is there a choice?

Such powerful philosophy. Another good write. And so true. But the very bad thing about some secrets, and keeping them to yourself, they always seem to weave themselves in and out of your mind leaving behind scarring that cannot be erased causing hardenes of the heart, it's not good to keep everything inside.
