What He Taught Me

One thing he taught me

 was never to get too close

 For if you get close 

you get hurt

One thing he taught me

was never to be nice

For if you are nice

They take advantage

One thing he taught me

was never to love

For if you love

You get your heart broken

One thing he taught me

was never to smile

For if you seem happy

it will be taken away

One thing he taught me

was to never yell

For if I took up for myself

I would only be selfish

... I guess I still haven't learned
