Memory Lane

A Poem by Donald Meikle

Memory Lane is all downhill
In shade and dance of yester
Down all the days of lazy
Past all the smiles of hazy
An easy ride
A flowing glide
Of good time glows
Wrapped up in all the rester
Dont get me wrong
I love the song
Ill go along but later
Im busy doing and living now
So Ill remember
Greater
