Even if I try not to include so much medical terms comes here and there which may be good or bad but genuine. TAO is smokers disease Samie. Toes huts a lot and at times toes need to be surgically removed. Ankh kholiye is some what similar when you used Fresca in your poem. In Hindi simply open your eyes. I am not fluent in Hindi but in Malayalam
