Why dont i leave,

when my heart tells me to,

all the pain i hide inside,

what did i ever do to you,

why do you do this,

cant you see my tears,

it just you and your fists,

my two greatest fears,

why do you say you love me,

with the pain that leaves me numb,

why do you say you will protect me,

when your the only one i need it from,

why did you have to pick me,

for this horrible deed,

why do you make me think,

that your all that i need,

why do i think its my fault,

when my heart knows its yours,

why dont i get help,

and open new doors,

why did you make the girl that was so bright,

so happy, and so determined,

into someone filled with fright,

and only hope that it will all end?
