in a garden on a planet

amongst prisoners

guarding prisoners

freely trapped 

judged and ignored

bittersweet

amongst a roaring silence

beneath a frigid explosion 

in an infinite cell

once again

the honest liars

serious jokers

the friendly enemies

acting naturally

alone together

this is earth

filled with a life

in a space

killing time

this is us

everyone

infinitely finite

cruel and unusually beautiful

until after an end

before another beginning
