Play Fair With Your Enemies

Play Fair With Your Enemies

A Poem by Davidgeo
"

one should not find pleasure in the punishing of others

"
Those looking to hurt in concert,

for the sport
seeking pleasures in punishments
holding kangaroo court
caught in moral illusions
free to distort
high on a feeling
 of pure, raw angry preclusion
calling upon mobs
 to cancel
 to burn
 to silence
 to pile on
 to ruin
 to end
 to completely abandon
and leave nothing behind
 but ashes, but corpses
 empty shells of human beings
emptying other's for sport
for the moral olympics
 the illusion of fairness
sans every ounce of forgiveness...

Are the most unfair of all.

To be cruel and ask others to leave everything in ash for sport is atrocious and shows next to no moral compass.

This world is a mess at best some days but believe it or not I see small acts of kindness everyday

It's difficult to feel empathy in the heat of strife. Later we do regret. Some cool heads should prevail in situations of mob fury.
