Good poetry, I am finding is multi layered and can have so many enigmatic questions put upon the reader. It is made to challenge and seek to open dialogue within. Asking hard existential questions of us, whether in rhyme or not. There are times I believe a writer doesn't always see the multifaceted things their creation speaks to. I enjoyed reading this work of yours, Dave. It is a puzzle worth opening. Thank you for sharing.
